About the project

We Create a black dress inspired by the Edwardian Era, I would consider incorporating some of the period's distinctive elements such as a high-necked collar and long, flowing skirt. I would also incorporate lace or embroidery details, which were popular during this time, to add a touch of elegance and femininity to the dress.

For the color palette, black would be a fitting choice as it was a popular color during the Edwardian Era and was often associated with mourning. The black dress would be made from luxurious fabrics such as silk or velvet, which were also popular during this period and would add to the dress's elegance and sophistication.

The dress could be accessorized with a large, elaborate hat, gloves, and perhaps some simple yet elegant jewelry such as a strand of pearls. The overall look would be elegant and refined, capturing the romance and sophistication of the Edwardian Era while also showcasing a timeless and classic sense of style.

Overall, a black dress inspired by the Edwardian Era would be a beautiful and stylish choice, perfect for any formal occasion or special event.

The Progressive

It’s funny. I was having a conversation with one of my best friends not too long ago—a friend who was definitely around me all the time when I was launching this first product—and they had absolutely, 100%, no idea that my email list had only 71 people on it when I first released this course. And then, they told me it actually inspired them a ton.

That meant so much to me. And also made me realize that the few Periscope broadcasts I’ve shared this in before are not enough to really help and (hopefully) inspire others. I knew I had to make a case study out of it.
